At Pyahik Nameplates, we strive for perfection in every custom piece; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return process within 30 days of delivery. Please note that due to the personalized nature of our nameplates, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind on custom-engraved items.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the item if it arrived damaged or defective.
Receive Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the nameplate in its original protective wrapping to prevent further damage during transit and attach the provided return label.
Refund or Replacement
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will either ship out a corrected replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
